At PravalikaFloors LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms regarding project cancellations, refunds, deposits, and service modifications.
By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the following policy.
1. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotations provided by PravalikaFloors LLC are free unless otherwise stated and remain valid for the period specified in the estimate.
Quotes are subject to change if:
- Project scope changes
- Material costs increase
- Site conditions differ from those originally discussed
- Additional services are requested
2. Project Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel a scheduled project by contacting us before work begins.
- More than 72 hours before the scheduled start date: No cancellation fee may apply.
- Within 72 hours of the scheduled start date: A cancellation fee may apply to cover planning, scheduling, material ordering, or administrative costs.
- After work has begun: Charges will apply for all labor performed, materials ordered, and any completed work up to the cancellation date.
3. Deposits
Some projects may require a deposit before work begins.
Deposits may be used to cover:
- Material purchases
- Custom flooring orders
- Project scheduling
- Administrative costs
Deposits for custom or special-order materials are generally non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments
- Billing errors
- Services cancelled before work begins (subject to any applicable cancellation fees)
- Other situations approved by management
Refunds are not available for:
- Completed services
- Installed flooring materials
- Custom or special-order products
- Customer-approved work that has been completed
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
5. Service Modifications
Customers may request changes to the project after booking.
Additional work, materials, or changes in scope may result in:
- Revised pricing
- Additional labor charges
- Extended project timelines
Any modifications will be confirmed before additional work begins.
6. Company Cancellation
PravalikaFloors LLC reserves the right to postpone or cancel services due to:
- Severe weather
- Material shortages
- Safety concerns
- Equipment failure
- Unforeseen circumstances
- Events beyond our reasonable control
If we cancel before work begins, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund of any eligible payments.
7. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are handled separately from refunds.
If you believe workmanship is covered under an applicable warranty, please contact us promptly. We will inspect the issue and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with the terms of the warranty.
8. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days after approval.
